🌱 A New Chapter in Glycosciences: Introducing GlycoMIRAI
We’re pleased to share the launch of GlycoMIRAI - 糖鎖ー未来, a new CNRS International Research Laboratory located in 名古屋大学, Japan 🇯🇵. This initiative aims to foster collaboration in glycosciences, bringing together researchers from France 🇫🇷 and Japan to explore the fascinating world of glycoconjugates and their roles in biology and beyond.

🔬 Our Focus
At GlycoMIRAI, we hope to deepen our understanding of glycoconjugates—their structures, functions, and potential applications in health and biotechnology. By working together, we aim to contribute meaningful insights to this evolving field.

🤝 Collaborative Efforts
Led by Prof. Chihiro Sato (名古屋大学) and Guerardel Yann Guerardel (CNRS), and supported by iGCORE, this laboratory builds on the collective strengths of our partners CNRS, 名古屋大学, Gifu University, Recherche - Université de Lille, and many French laboratories including UGSF-Glycobiologie, UMS_PLBS, IPBS-Toulouse, and LAMBE. We’re truly grateful for their support and collaboration that have made this project possible. We also give a special thank to Alban Belloir for creating our wonderful logo.
